why the clip on ukulele hook strap can't work at my ukulele?
Before I answer why, we must first know the working principle of the ukulele hook strap. the ukulele hook strap hooks onto the ukulele soundhole, then fix it on the curved waist of the ukulele body. check the below picture to understand.
if the clip on ukulele hook strap can't work at the ukulele, The problem generally happens in these two parts.
1) check your strap hook, determine if it is because the hook has a too narrow bending angle and hit the ukulele sound wood. our ukulele hook strap uses a hook with a wider opening, it will not happen in our strap.
2) Don't use hook strap on the pineapple body ukulele or other alien body, how to judge whether it is applicable, mainly depends on whether the ukulele body has a curved waist.
