Please DM us about the song that you want to custom right after you place your order, the song needs to be an audio or video link at least 30 seconds long.
We will first review whether the song is suitable for making a music box melody,if it's doable we will move to the stage of arrangement and will send you melody for approval in a few days, if not we will cancel the order.
*IMPORTANT* Please kindly note that during the time of confirmation, you can make slightly modification to the melody if you feel need to, if you want to cancel the order then the custom fee will not be returned, OR if you want to change to another whole different melody or song, it will charge you another custom fee.
Once the order is confirmed to move to the actual production process, no cancellation will be accepted.

3. If you want custom with yourself design, Please follow the following step:
1>. Please send us engraving logo and special instructions upon checkout or your own design (high res .jpeg or .png) in black and white via Email: victor@4uke.com.
2>. Once we have all your info, we'll send you a design mock-up for your approval.
3>. We do not ship products that are not approved so please keep an eye on your Email during the time to avoid time delays. We produce & ship in 2-3 business days after mock-up approval.
